A unique experience where you will discover a guided trekking along the paths of the south-eastern coast of Puglia, surrounded by the Adriatic Sea between ancient olive groves, ancient rural buildings known as Trulli or Pajare and stone walls.
In the Regional Natural Park of Otranto – S.M Leuca you will walk on the coastal trails, called Tratturi, that in ancient times were routes of fisherman and salt smugglers. You will visit salt natural basins dating back to the Neolithic. Here you can take advantage of a short stop for a refreshing dip in the crystal waters of the Gulf of Funnuvojere, where sea lovers can snorkel and discover the colourful seabed.
One of our experts will show you how to recognize and collect the Mediterranean herbs and you will be amazed explaining their innumerable benefits.
The point of arrival of our excursion is Torre Specchia Grande, one of the most beautiful and majestic coastal defence towers of Salento. In a unique view, you will enjoy a well-deserved Salentino appetizer with local specialties such as a selection of cheeses and vegetables always with a good wine.
